A free, informative webinar the City of Wilmington’s and United Water Delaware’s local partnership approaches to protecting drinking water in the Christina Basin. Webinar begins at 1:00-2:30. Matt Miller, Water Quality Manager for the City of Wilmington, Delaware, will discuss how local partnerships played an integral role in the development of a Source Water Protection Plan to protect water supply for future generations. Nancy Trushell, Director of Engineering for United Water Delaware/Pennsylvania, will present a water utility’s experience with creating a Watershed Control Plan which relies on partnerships with agencies, regulators, and land owners to help achieve drinking water compliance.
